Pots and Pans

For some reason, pots and pans seem easier to get under control than appliances.  Maybe because there are so many choices for pot-hangers... 

...and lid organizers...

...and even combinations of the two...

I wonder what system would maximize the space use the best? I also wonder what people do with their really big pots?

I know I said I don't like to spend a lot of time on apartmenttherapy.com, but they do have some resources for small kitchen organization (as well as small kitchen renovation for those who, unlike me, have the freedom and ability to renovate).
